We are driving the expansion of our supply chain of steel and plastics fabrication for garage organization products by leveraging advanced automation for cutting, forming, bending, welding, powder coating, and plastics injection/extrusion molding processes. We are seeking a motivated Senior Manufacturing Engineer, reporting to the Senior Project Manager, ensuring technical validation and integration of production equipment and processes while building data-driven cost modeling for capital expenditures (Cap Ex) and operating costs. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be a key technical contributor to building a manufacturing facility, validating machine specifications, integrating automated production lines, and providing performance data to support the Senior Project Manager's strategic cost modeling for high volume manufacturing with production targets of 300,000+ units across multiple product types. Using carbon cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum, polypropylene and/or PVC - the role focuses on ensuring equipment performance, process efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in a fast-paced startup environment, with increasing emphasis on hands-on execution during implementation.
