Deli Cook D'Onofrio's Food Center has been proudly serving the Shenango Valley for over 100 years. We are a small family owned business in our fourth generation. Hermitage Road, Hermitage, PA 16148 Responsibilities & Skills: • Frequent interactions with our valued customers and staff. Providing only the best customer service experience. • Preps and examines inventory so it is properly supplied. • Prepares special orders and deli trays. • Operates meat and cheese slicers, oven, fryer, steamer, cutting tools, scales, and other department equipment. • Communicates with department manager on low stock item. • Cleans and sanitizes work area periodically during shift. • Keep positive and professional working relationships with teammate. • Complete tasks in an efficient timely manner • Other duties as assigned by department manager Qualifications: • At least 18 years of age. • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 35 lbs. • Ability to delivery friendly and prompt customer service. • Ability to stand for long periods of time up to 8 hrs/day. • Ability to interpret and follow instructions. • Ability to read, write, and do simple math problems. • Positive can-do attitude! • Be a collaborative and effective team player. • 3 or more years of culinary experience in a similar role is required.
