Position Title: Job Category: Employment Type: Job Profile: Job Duties: The University of Wisconsin - Stout is seeking a Study Abroad Advisor to support UW-Stout's study abroad and study away programs through student advising, recruitment, program coordination, and creative outreach. Working under the direction of the Assistant Director for Study Abroad, this position is part of a collaborative team that assists students in exploring global learning opportunities and navigating the associated academic, cultural, and logistical processes. The Advisor contributes to program visibility and student engagement through innovative outreach and communication strategies, including digital tools and modern platforms aligned with students' evolving communication preferences. Strong candidates will demonstrate intercultural competence, creativity, excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively. This FASLI-exempt position requires occasional evening and weekend work and may involve domestic or international travel. The anticipated start date is February 1, 2026.
