Director of Development

The APGA is a 16 year-old nonprofit organization that was voted by Golf Digest as the 21st best story in sports in 2021. The APGA hosts 17 professional tournaments across the United States. The APGA Foundation conducts youth golf clinics and mentoring sessions where APGA tournaments are held. The Director of Development will be a strategic and experienced leader responsible for planning, directing, and executing all fundraising and revenue-generating activities for the Advocates Professional Golf Association (APGA) Tour and Foundation. Reporting to the Chairman and working closely with the Board of Directors, the DOD will be a critical part of the executive team, driving the mission of creating a more inclusive culture in golf and inspiring the next generation of young golfers. This executive will build and maintain relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporate partners to ensure the long-term financial sustainability and growth of the organization. The ideal candidate would have a college degree, 10 years of development experience with a nonprofit organization, experience working with diverse organizations and a background in sports.

This is a full-time remote position.
