National Security Multi-Mission Vessels (NSMV)
TOTE Services is the vessel construction manager (VCM) for the NSMV fleet, constructing world-class National Security Multi-Mission Vessels on time, as designed, and advancing the education of future merchant marines. This MARAD program ensures the U.S supports the economic and national security needs through safe and efficient maritime operations.
Our state-of-the-art training ships set the standards for maritime education, constructing world-class vessels that can also serve to support disaster responses and other critical national needs. As the VCM, TOTE Services ensures each vessel is built to serve.
